Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Church Missions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Church Missions for a church or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

Accounts and church workspaces

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Church administrators are responsible for deciding who may access their workspace and which roles and permissions those users receive.

Use of the service

You may use Church Missions to manage church missions activity, content, communication, and displays. You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Church Missions a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content as needed to provide and secure the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share the content, including personal information, images, videos, and documents.

Church administrators control approval and publication decisions within their church workspace. Church Missions does not endorse user submitted content.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe using the billing period selected at checkout. Prices, included features, and applicable limits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect according to the terms shown in the billing portal or at checkout. Taxes may apply.

Service changes and availability

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the service. We work to keep Church Missions available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error free operation is not guaranteed.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, address nonpayment, investigate misuse, or comply with law. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing controls.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Church Missions is not responsible for decisions made by churches or users, user submitted content, or services operated by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
